Advantage Seminars is committed to helping students demonstrate their absolute best SAT test performance, and to ensuring that all students can understand and apply the skills necessary to achieve academic success in college.
A Message from the Director
We are extremely pleased to continue offering our seminars in the central Connecticut area. Students and parents frequently and consistently report tremendous satisfaction with our courses. Many of their comments can be seen in our “Testimonials” section.
For over a decade, we have built our reputation on our commitment to offer top quality instruction. Our teachers are experienced and dedicated professionals who have gone through extensive training in content and strategies specific to the SAT.
Our curriculum is comprehensive and well organized, and includes two full length practice tests that are computer scored. These tests help students analyze strengths, as well as areas in need of practice, and assist them in developing successful test strategies. We pride ourselves in providing small classes, personal attention, and ongoing support for an affordable price that other services of this caliber simply cannot match.

Over a decade in Connecticut
Since 1998, we have been building our reputation in the central Connecticut area by offering affordable, quality instruction provided by caring, knowledgeable teachers who are committed to helping students do their very best. The eight sessions are structured to provide the following:
- A thorough review of all of the math concepts tested
- Exercises and activities designed to increase vocabulary knowledge
- Strategies for answering the different types of questions that are unique to this test.
A significant amount of time is spent reviewing practice SAT tests. Students will take two full practice tests, and computerized score reports help them analyze areas of strength and weakness. Explanations to all of the problems on all tests are provided in the student binders.
Classes are offered in several locations throughout central Connecticut at different times in an attempt to accommodate students' and parents' busy schedules.
